It is the morning of the big day. The countdown to “I Do” begins. Staying calm becomes hard as the excitement builds.

Here are a few things to do to calm those wedding jitters:

-Instead of coffee that morning, consider a chamomile tea. (My favorite is chamomile, lavender and rose petal tea)

~ chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita) were used as far back as Roman times for their calming effects. Today, an increasing number of studies indicate there may be some true relaxing benefits in a fragrant cup of chamomile tea. site:

-Meditate daily the week of the wedding. Schedule a meditation the morning of the wedding also. This will help you start the day calm and centered.
